Be a chicken!

Russell (my husband) jokingly reminds me every month to BE A CHICKEN! If you have infertility then you likely know what we mean by this. If you aren't familiar, let me explain. To have a baby, you need a good, high quality egg. Since I'm in my late thirties, this is more difficult for me than for a woman in her twenties. I believe in the mind-body connection so I've been doing some research on how to increase the "quality" of my eggs. I figure, I can't create more eggs, but I can make sure mine are of the BEST quality possible ;). I'm in a few infertility groups on facebook ( I highly recommend this to my friends who are struggling with infertility). I was reading posts one day from a woman who was struggling with similar issues to mine and she cited information regarding CoQ10. I kept reading in the comments and there were many women who credited the supplement with helping them get pregnant. Hey, I'm open to doing whatever works and since this supplement is very affordable and has tons of health benefits, I figured what the heck. There are numerous studies on CoQ10 and how it could increase mitochondrial activity and serve as a potent antioxidant. Click on the link below to learn more about CoQ10 and it's benefits.
